Meet the Founder

Christian Johnson is the founder of Thrive Ministry Consulting and has spent more than 15 years serving churches in a variety of ministry leadership roles. Throughout his ministry experience, he has had the opportunity to serve at multiple churches, developing a passion for helping ministries become healthier, more effective, and better equipped to fulfill their mission.

His experience spans worship leadership, production, volunteer development, leadership coaching, and ministry strategy. Having served both on stage and behind the scenes, Christian understands the unique challenges churches face and believes that thriving ministries are built through healthy leadership, empowered volunteers, clear communication, and sustainable systems. His approach is practical, collaborative, and tailored to the unique needs of every church he serves.

More than anything, Christian is passionate about seeing churches flourish. He believes that when leaders are equipped, volunteers are empowered, and ministries are healthy, churches are free to make an even greater impact in their communities.

Outside of ministry, Christian's greatest joy is spending time with his five-year-old daughter. Whether they're making memories together or simply enjoying everyday moments, she is a constant reminder of the importance of investing in people and building a lasting legacy.
